Some days I’m Savy. Living a passionate life is important to me. When I graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach; I set out to do what I felt God had created me to do, help others through food. I have a growing love for Jesus, gardening, motherhood, learning what it means to be a supportive wife and anything and everything to do with food.
Some days I love to CrossFit. I believe food is such an important aspect of a healthy lifestyle but nothing can replace a healthy exercise routine. I found CrossFit six years ago with my husband and have never looked back. We own Eleventh Element in Columbus, Ohio. CrossFit is a huge part of my life and there is nothing that can compare to watching others transform and grow to reach their health goals.
Everyday I’m a follower of Christ. I am so thankful that God creates each and every one of us to be individuals. When we can find a way to work through Him and offer others and the world what he has blessed us with, true happiness is born in our lives. Living a healthy organic life is important to me because I am so passionately thankful for what God has created. In His image, I can breathe and live. I can watch before my eyes his creation unfold every morning and rest every night. I find it exciting and rewarding to help my body thrive and live free of sickness and illness, so I can be the homemaker and caretaker He has called me to be.
Every day I am a mama. There are no breaks, no timeouts, no quiet time (unless you have a successful 2 hour nap!). There is no more private time, no more dates with your husband on a whim. Everyday I clean dirty diapers instead of my hair, but the moment I became a mama I immediately understood the love God has for each and every one of us. No matter how much I have to sacrifice, I grow to love my son more everyday.
